How often do you update the databases?

Keyword data in our Databases

Keyword data is collected from several sources, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and search engine results pages. We’re continuously adding new keywords and updating keyword data gradually in the second part of each month (due to the update cycles of the data sources).

Note that if we don’t get any data for a keyword from the data source for three months, next time we will update data for this keyword in 6 months. Once the data for the keyword is received, we will keep updating it once a month.

SERP, App Listing and Business Listings data in our Databases

Data from search engine results pages (SERPs), including product data from the Amazon marketplace, app search results and business records, is updated gradually, taking between 30 and 90 days for a full update.

Update cycles for SERP data depend on the search volume of the query and the popularity of the location. We’re doing our best to provide you with fresh data for high-volume searches from the most popular locations, e.g. the USA, within 60 days.

SERPs related to the least popular queries and locations are updated within 90 days.

Backlink Summary Database

The Backlink Summary Database is updated every month. Along with updating metrics for existing domains, we will be adding new domains to the database.

Domains Database

In our Domains Database, we’re updating Whois records for the domains with upcoming or unavailable expiration dates every 30 days. Besides that, every 30 days we’re also updating all metrics for all domains.

You can find out when the database you are interested in was last updated by visiting its product page. Hover your mouse over Products, go to Databases, and click on the database page of your choice
