First of all, we offer a free unlimited trial to let you try out our APIs and evaluate the efficiency of our service. To get a free trial, you should simply create an account with DataForSEO.

Once you are logged into the DataForSEO Dashboard you’ll see your API credentials for making calls from your API testing platform or through your preferred no-code tools and AI agents. Alternatively, you can use our built-in API Playground which allows you to make actual API calls and obtain real JSON data through a graphic user interface.

Note that upon registration free credits for API testing will be added to your account balance. Depending on the email account register with, you will receive a different amount of trial credits:

• $1 for personal email accounts,
• $5 for business accounts.

You can use this balance to make API calls for an unlimited period of time. However, this amount will be sufficient to make a limited number of API requests.

$1 will be enough to get, for example:

• 833 SERPs with high-priority tasks
• 20,000 backlinks with Rank values and other data
• 20,000 keywords with Google Ads metrics

Note that there is no need to create another trial account to make more test APIs calls. This will be considered a violation of DataForSEO Terms of Service, and such an account will be suspended.
