What’s new
AI-optimized responses offer a new, more innovative way to interact with our data. They trim API outputs to deliver exactly what your AI tools need — nothing more, nothing less. This feature is supported across all Live and Task GET endpoints, and is especially beneficial for data-heavy APIs like SERP API and DataForSEO Labs API.
To obtain an AI-optimized response, simply append .ai to any supported endpoint URL, and you’ll receive a response tailored for AI and LLMs.
Key benefits:
➤ With this new format, the service-related part of the response is shortened to the bare minimum: id, status_code, and status_message.
➤ Unnecessary data fields (anything empty, null, or false) won’t appear.
➤ Float values are automatically rounded to three decimal digits.
➤ We’ve also removed fields like position and xpath to reduce response size and simplify the structure.
➤ The default limit and depth are set to 10 in the endpoints that support these parameters in task settings.
➤ Content Generation API endpoints return up to 10 results per call.
