From now on, you will get average backlink data in the Historical Google Search Volume endpoint of DataForSEO Labs API.
This update adds new avg_backlinks_info object providing average backlink data and rank values among the top-10 websites ranking organically for the related keyword, namely:
➤ Average number of backlinks and dofollow backlinks;
➤ Average number of referring pages;
➤ Average number of referring domains and main referring domains;
➤ Average domain and main domain Rank.
This data will give you a clearer picture of the required backlink profile strength to rank well for the keyword. To use this data, you don’t need to add any new parameters to your requests.
