A few simple rules protect your audience, your commissions and our brand.

- Publish honest reviews and fair comparisons, including your own opinions.
- Keep prices and product details accurate and up to date.
- Use the brand assets we provide without altering the logo.
- Promote on channels you own or are authorized to use.
Don't
- Run paid ads without written approval, or bid on DataForSEO brand keywords at all.
- Offer coupons, cashback or discounts we haven’t authorized.
- Refer yourself, your own company, your team or your family.
- Use spam, bots, cookie stuffing or any trick that manipulates tracking.
- Pose as DataForSEO staff, or promise earnings or results.
Affiliate program questions
How much can I earn?
You earn 25% of the eligible revenue a referred customer pays in their first 365 days, up to $1,000 in total commission per customer. There is no limit on how many customers you can refer, so there is no overall cap on your earnings.
What counts as eligible revenue?
Payments DataForSEO actually receives from your referred customer during their commission period: paid API-credit top-ups, recurring payments and direct purchases. VAT and other taxes, refunds, chargebacks, unpaid invoices and free or bonus credits are excluded, and discounts reduce the qualifying amount.
How long does the cookie last?
90 days. If someone clicks your link and registers a new DataForSEO account within 90 days, the referral is yours. When several affiliates refer the same person, the last valid affiliate click before registration wins.
How long do I keep earning from a customer?
For 365 days from the day they register. Their first qualifying payment has to arrive within 180 days of registration; after that, every eligible payment within the 365-day window earns you commission until you reach the $1,000 cap for that customer.
When and how do I get paid?
Monthly, through PartnerStack. Commissions for payments received in a calendar month are reviewed until the 15th of the next month, and payout is initiated on the 16th (or the next Estonian business day). You choose your payout method in PartnerStack. DataForSEO sets no minimum payout; any PartnerStack or payment-provider minimum applies, and smaller balances carry forward.
Who can join, and does it cost anything?
Joining is free and you do not need to be a DataForSEO customer. You need to be 18 or older (or apply on behalf of a company) and have a relevant channel, such as a blog, YouTube channel, newsletter, community, integration or client base. Every application is reviewed, and there is no minimum referral volume and no exclusivity.
Do existing DataForSEO users count as referrals?
No. A referral has to be a genuinely new customer creating their first DataForSEO account. Existing accounts, including free ones, and people who were already in a sales conversation with DataForSEO do not qualify. You also cannot refer yourself, your own company, your employees or family members.
Can I refer my agency or consulting clients?
Yes, as long as they are genuine independent clients who register and pay for their own DataForSEO accounts. Payments that you fund or reimburse do not count.
Can I run paid ads or list coupons?
Not without prior written approval. Paid advertising of any kind needs approval, and bidding on DataForSEO brand keywords is not allowed. Coupon, deal, cashback and incentive sites also need prior written approval, and you may only mention a discount or bonus that DataForSEO has authorized.
