We’ve updated the default depth for the Naver SERP API, increasing it from 15 to 20 results per request.
What’s new
➤ Naver SERP API: the default depth has increased from 15 to 20.
➤ Requests without an explicitly specified depth parameter will now return up to 20 results by default, instead of 15.
You can still customize the number of results by setting the depth parameter in your API requests.
Why the change
This update aligns the default depth with the number of Naver results available in a single crawl, allowing you to retrieve more search results without adjusting your existing requests.
What you need to do
No action is required if the new default depth works for your use case.
However, if your integration relies on the previous default of 15 results and requires strictly that number, we recommend explicitly setting "depth": 15 in your requests to maintain the expected behavior.
