FAQ
Questions about Google Jobs SERP API
How much does Google Jobs SERP API cost?
The price depends on the execution priority. One SERP — a results page with up to 10 job listings — costs $0.0006 in the Standard queue and $0.0012 in the Priority queue. That is $0.60 and $1.20 per 1,000 SERPs respectively. Live mode is not available for this API; job search tasks are processed through the queue.
What is the billing unit for Google Jobs SERP API?
You are billed per SERP, where one SERP contains up to 10 results. The default request returns one SERP; use the depth parameter to request more. The maximum depth is 200 results, i.e. 20 SERPs per task.
How does the depth parameter affect the price?
Each additional page of 10 results adds one base price to the cost of the task. Depth values are always rounded up to the next ten — a depth of 15 is billed as 20 results, i.e. two SERPs. Example: a Standard queue task with depth 15 costs 2 × $0.0006 = $0.0012.
What happens if I request more results than Google returns?
If the specified depth is higher than the number of results actually available, the difference is automatically refunded to your account balance. You never pay for pages you don’t receive.
Which queue should I choose — Standard or Priority?
It’s a trade-off between speed and price. The Priority queue delivers results in about a minute at double the Standard price. The Standard queue is the most economical, averaging ~5 minutes with a target turnaround of 45 minutes — well suited to batch and scheduled jobs. The choice is made per task, and you can mix priorities freely.
Do any other parameters affect the price?
Depth increases the cost. Other supported request settings are included in the base price. Retrieving queued task results is free.
